Thank you for shopping with us. Below you’ll find details about our order processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We have multiple shipping locations; some products will ship differently than others and arrive at different times. 

Delivery Costs and times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Various LTL Carriers depending on your location and service selected.

Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delivery delays due to address errors

  • Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.

While we’re happy to assist with claims, we are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and then reach out to us for support.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

International Shipping (if applicable)

International shipping times and rates vary by destination. Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Taxes

  • Import fees

These charges are not included in shipping costs and are determined by your local customs authority.
